腰突痛消汤内服外敷联合丹鹿通督片治疗腰椎间盘突出症44例

On the Treatment of 44 Cases with Lumbar Disc Herniation by Oral Administration and External Application of Yaotu Tongxiao Decoction combined with Danlu Tongdu Tablets

目的:观察腰突痛消汤内服、外敷联合丹鹿通督片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将88例腰椎间盘突出症患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组44例。对照组给予丹鹿通督片内服,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用腰突痛消汤口服和外敷,30d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组临床治愈38例(86.36%),有效率占97.73%;对照组临床治愈27例(61.36%),有效率占81.82%。治疗组临床治愈率和有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组主要临床症状体征治疗后评分较治疗前均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰突痛消汤内服外敷联合丹鹿通督片治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of 44 cases with lumbar disc hemiation by oral administration and external application of yaotu tongxiao decoction combined with danlu tongdu tablets.Methods：88 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly and equally divided into the control group and the treatment group,with the former treated with danlu tongdu tablets and the latter by oral administration and external application of yaotu tongxiao decoction combined with danlu tongdu tablets,30 days as a course Results：According to the statistical analysis,38 cases of the treatment group were cured （ 86.36% ） ,with the total effective rate being 97.73% and 27 cases of the control group were cured （61.36%） ,with the total effective rate being 81.82%.The clinical cure rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .The clinical signs and symptoms of the two groups improved after treatment according to the scores,but the treatment group improved significantly,being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of treatment on lumbar disc herniation by oral administration and external application ofyaotu tongxiao decoction combined with danlu tongdu tablets is definite.
