摘要
应用环境经济学的意愿调查法 ,通过填写调查表的方式 ,调查大连市民对某海滨浴场水质改善前后的支付愿望 ,定量地估算出此海滨浴场污染损失币值。调查统计结果表明 :就海滨浴场的水质现状而言 ,市民个人平均支付愿望仅为 4元 /a,如果水质改善后 ,个人平均支付愿望将增至 40元 /a ;当前居住在海滨浴场 2km以内的居民平均支付愿望为 6元 /a ,居住在 4km以外的平均支付愿望为 3元 /a;目前由于水质污染 ,不愿意去海滨浴场游泳的人数占被调查人数的 5 0 %。
The environmental cost for a bath beach was estimated, by using a hypothetical valuation methods in environmental economics, in answer to payment desire of the various human groups before and after water quality improved for entering the bathing beach in Dalian, in the way in which the questionnaire were filled in. The statistical results showed that everyone desires just to pay 4 yuan/a on the average now, everyone will be increased to 40 yuan/a if quality of water improved. Everyone desires to pay 6 yuan/a in respect of the residents living in 2 km to the bathing beach. However everyone desires only to pay 3 yuan/a in respect of those above 4 km to the bathing beach. The residents who do not desire to go to swim account for 50% of the total people inquired, as a result of water quality polluted.
