Present situation of environmental protection institution of Guangzhou Port,induding the staff members,the duties and responsibilities,the facilities for environmental protection and regulation and the environmental protection management is introduced briefly and the rationalization and changes of the environmental protection mechanism of the port since the separation of government functions from business management is discussed.
