通过分析西部开发中面临的严重生态环境问题、提出应从人口、资源和环境角度对西部优势准确评价.阐述了保护生态环境的若干建议。
Bamd on the analyslsof the serious nature environmental problem confronted western exploitation,the paper put forward the point of view to estimate the advantage of western region rightly in the term of population,natural resources and environment in the western region and the advice to protect environment.
