摘要
西部大开发已成了东西部地区人民共同面临的一个重大课题，主要阐述了东西差距的现状及其影响，并就加快形成自身发展机制、人才机制以及实现产业结构调整提出了一些新的观点。
With the beginning of the West-Regions development, the economic progress in China has been opened one new chapter, all the people are thinking about this question. In this paper, we introdue the distance between the West and the East and the effection. We also put forward some new views.
