摘要
产业布局是产业经济的重要组成部分，产业布局合理与否直接关系到一个国家和地区经济的健康发展；黑龙江省不仅在全国产业布局中担当重要角色，而且本身也存在着产业空间分布与区域经济问题；对黑龙江省产业布局及区域经济发展现状和存在的问题做了比较详细的分析，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策与建议。
The distribution of industries is a key issue of industrial economies. It is directly related to the development of the economies of a country or an area. Heilongjiang, a province in China, plays an important role regarding the overall arrangement of industries in the country. How to arrange the industrial distribution and to develop economy in that province is an important topic. A detailed study of the current situation and existing problems of both the industrial distribution and the economy development in that province is presented in this paper. Corresponding strategies to deal with those problems are also suggested.
