According to the investigation of the seismic damages of the brick-wood houses after earthquakes,the paper analyzes the seismic reasons from the materials performance,the selection of sites,the conception design,and building construction,and researches the effective antiseismic measures,so as to improve the anti-seismic performance of buildings.
