摘要
就项目成本控制的有效途径并根据现阶段企业成本管理中存在的问题,探讨了对内成本控制及对外合理结算两种施工项目成本控制的有效方法,以期最大限度地控制成本,实现项目的盈利。
In view of the effective ways of project cost control and according to existed problems in current enterprises cost management,this paper discussed the effective methods of internal cost control and external reasonable settlement two kinds of construction project cost,in order to maximize control cost,realize the project profitability.
