摘要
在学习2013版施工合同(示范文本)的基础上,总结归纳了新版示范文本要点,着重对"通用合同条款"部分的重要条款进行了阐述,以期帮助项目参与各方深入理解新版合同的特点,全面掌握新版合同的实际应用。
Based on studying 2013 version construction contract（demonstrative text）,this paper summarized the key points of new version demonstrative text,emphatically elaborated parts of important terms and conditions to＂general contract terms and conditions＂,in order to help the project participators and all parties to understand the characteristics of new version contract,fully grasped the practical application of new version contract.
