摘要
报道了从自然界分离的一株能以苯胺为唯一氮源和碳源 ,同时降解苯胺的细菌 4#。该菌鉴定为节杆菌 4#(Arthrobacter .4#)。该菌降解苯胺的最高浓度为 2 0 4 4mg/L。4#菌株降解苯胺的最适 pH值和温度分别为 7 0和 30℃ ,最适苯胺浓度为 1 0 2 2mg/L。在此条件下 ,48h苯胺的降解率可达 94 7%。试验结果表明 ,重金属离子对 4#菌株降解苯胺都有不同程度的抑制作用 ,以Hg2 +、Ag+最明显 ,硝酸钾对苯胺的降解有抑制作用。4#菌株不携带质粒 ,说明降解苯胺的酶的编码基因由染色体携带。
It reported a bacterial strain isolated from the nature and growth of the strain can depend on the aniline as the only nitrogen and carbon sources in the same time degrade aniline.The strain 4 # was named Arthrobacter .4 #. The most concentration of degradation aniline were 7 0 and 30 ℃. The best concentration of aniline was 1 022 mg/ L. Under this condition,the rate of aniline degradation was 94 7 % in 48 hr. The results of experiment showed that the heavy metal ion Hg 2+ 、Ag + and potassium nitrate can inhibit the degradation aniline of the strain 4 #. The strain 4 # did not contain plasmoid in the call. The gene of degradation aniline was carried by the chromosome.
