环境监督是各级环保行政主管部门的重要职能,现场执法是环境监督的核心。该文论述了环境监理现场执法工作中应注意的几个问题。
Environmental supervision is an important function for all levels environmental protection administrative department in charge. And as the core of it,the paper discusses some noticeable aspects of on-the-spot law enforcement.
