摘要
根据三明市区城市环境现状,提出调整产业结构、合理工业布局、加快污染治理步伐、强化环境管理力度、进一步完善城市基础设施建设、搞好生态环境保护等环境综合整治基本对策。
Based on the urban environmental status of Sanming City,the paper puts forward the basic countermeasures for comprehensive environmental treatment .which is done by industry structural adjustment, rational industrial distribution, speeding the pollution control,strengthening environmental management,improving the civil projects for basic facilities and developing the ecological environmental protection and so on.
