摘要
集团管理模式下母子公司之间的文化融合,是引领集团化企业沿着既定的战略目标前进的重要保障。文章介绍了以职业化建设为主要载体,在建设有自身特色的企业文化的同时,做好主体文化与子文化融合的应对措施。
Cultural fusion of the group management mode between parent-subsidiary company is the important guarantee to lead the group enterprise to advance along the fixed strategy goal. This paper said that we should make the construction of the occupation as main carrier,constructing unique corporate culture as well as searching measures to the fusion between the main culture and sub-culture.
