摘要
长期以来,我国高等教育质量评估坚持以政府为主导,忽视了高校自身在教育质量评估中的主体地位,使得教育质量评估未能深入到高校教育质量的核心——教学质量中来。随着多元评估理论的兴起,校本评估逐渐成为多元评估的重要组成部分。校本评估以高校自我评估为主,激发了高校在保障高等教育质量中的自主性、积极性、主动性,是高校教育质量内涵式发展的不竭动力和我国高等教育突破质量评估困境的现实选择。
Quality assessment of higher education has long been guided by the government and neglect of the u- niversity~ own dominant position in the assessment, causing the quality of education cannot go deep into the core of higher education - teaching quality. With the popularity of the multi - assessment theory, school - based self - as- sessment has becoming the most important part of multi - assessment. School - based self - assessment focuses on the school self- assessment, inspiring the autonomy, enthusiasm, initiative, which is the continuous power of col- lege and university' s connotative development, and directly guide to the conscious control of university' s teaching quality. It is the realistic choice to solve the dilemma of higher education quality assessment of China.
