摘要
以北京某"985工程"大学一个社科院系40岁以下青年教师为对象,通过问卷调查,对其工作满意度和工作压力进行了描述分析及相关分析。结果发现:该学院青年教师对工作的满意度整体较高,且在不同性别、年龄、学历和职称群体间无显著差异;大多数青年教师工作压力较大,与其对"工作回报"维度的满意度有相当显著的负相关,与"领导与管理""工作环境"以及"工作本身"等维度的满意度无显著相关;压力源主要包括职称评定难度大、经济收入相对偏低、住房问题和没有时间进行科学研究,并且在低职称教师身上反映更加明显。此外,与其他学校和同校其他院系教师工作回报的比较也是造成压力的一个重要因素。
Based on a survey of young teachers in a social science department of a "Project 985" university in Beijing, their job satisfaction and pressure are analyzed descriptively and correlatively. Results show that: 1. these young teachers' job satisfaction is, as a whole, at a higher level with no significant difference between different se- xes, ages, academic qualifications and professional ranks; 2. most of them take greater job pressures, which have significant but negative correlations with job reward rather than leadership and management, job environments and job itself; 3. the pressure mainly comes from the great difficulty of professional promotion, lower income and diffi- cult housing conditions as well as few time to do academic research, especially for teachers at lower professional ranks; 4. another important source of job pressure lies in comparing job reward with counterparts in other colleges and universities.
