IL-17在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义

The expression of IL-17 and the relationship with non-small cell lung cancer

目的研究IL-17在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达情况,探讨IL-17在非小细胞肺癌中的作用。方法收集111例非小细胞肺癌标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测IL-17在NSCLC组织中的表达,分析IL-17与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系。结果 IL-17的表达主要位于非小细胞肺癌细胞质,呈黄褐色,与正常肺组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000),IL-17的表达差异在NSCLC患者的年龄(P=0.743>0.05)、性别(P=0.886>0.05)方面没有统计学意义;在NSCLC的分化程度(P=0.028<0.05)、淋巴结转移(P=0.042<0.05)和临床病理分期(P=0.023<0.05)方面的表达差异有统计学意义。结论 IL-17可能在非小细胞肺癌的形成、分化、增殖和转移过程中起了非常重要的作用。

Objective To detect the expression of IL-17 in NSCLC tissue and investigate the effect of IL-17 in NSCLC. Methods Performed the immunohistochemisty to detect the expression of IL-17 in 111 patients with NSCLC. The clinical pathological features and expression features were evaluated. Results Expression of IL-17 was localized in the cytoplasm of the NSCLC cells. There was significant difference in IL-17 expression （P=0.000） between normal tissues and NSCLC tissues. Moreover,there were significant correlations between the expression of IL-17 and differentiation（P=0.028）,lymph node metasta- sis （P=0.042） and clinical stage （P=0.023） of NSCLC. Conclusion The increased expression of IL-17 may play an impor- tant role in the development of non-small cell lung cancer.
