摘要
多步频率运行是指通过一些功能或参数设置,使变频器按照一定的规律自动变速运行,从而实现工业生产过程的自动化,,要实现多步频率运行,首先应根据生产机械运行要求画出变频器运行曲线图,然后根据运行曲线图分析、计算应设定的一系列功能参数,最后在相应变频器上对这些功能参数进行设定,使其运行满足生产机械的要求。
Multi-step frequency operation is defined through some function or parameter settings, the inverter automatic transmission according to certain rules to run, in order to achieve the automation of industrial production process. To achieve multi-step frequency operation, the first operational requirements should be drew the graph of inverter operation according to the production machinery, and then set a series of function parameters according to the run curve analysis and calculate, on the last drive in the corresponding parameters of these functions set to run to meet the requirements of production machinery.
