关于高等学校文化主体的探析——基于主体间性理论的思考

Analysis of the Subjects of Culture in Colleges and Universities——Thinking Based on the Theory of Intersubjectivity

当前高校文化之所以难以真正进入学生的精神生活,高校文化主体不明确或说缺失是重要原因。立足于主体间性理论对高校文化的主体进行考察分析,可以看出高校文化中主体的多样性,学生、教师、学校管理者和学校工勤人员都是高校文化的主体,其中,学生是高校文化的首席主体。学生成为真正的精神主体可以从根本上改变当前高校文化中学生主体缺位的状况,促使学校文化真正进入学生的精神生活。

The current school culture is difficult to enter the spiritual life of students,unclearness and missing of school culture roles is the main reason.Based on the theory of intersubjectivity,this article analyses the principal of the school culture,reveals the diversity of subjects in the school culture,argues that students,teachers,school administrators and school service personnel are all subjects of school culture and students are the chief subject of school culture.Once students become the true spirit of the subject,it can change the conditions of student absence in the current school culture,precipitate school culture into the spiritual life of students.
