基于比色测温的非线性校正方法研究

摘要 针对比色测温曲线的非线性特性,采用非等距节点分段直线法作非线性校正,提出利用绝对误差的一阶导数的零点来判断最大误差的位置和大小,作为是否为分段节点的依据。将分段节点写入单片机程序,根据线性插值法计算出温度。结果表明,测量温度与实际的相对误差小于1%。 Due to non-linear characteristics of colorimetric temperature measurement curve,this paper described a method of using piecewise linear method of non-equidistant nodes to do non-linear correla- tion,using the zero point of absolute error's first derivative to determine the maximum error as basis of sec- tion node.Section nodes were written into MCU programs,the corresponding temperature range was as- certained and temperature based on linear interpolation was calculated.The result shows,the relative error between the measured temperature and practical one is less than 1%
