护理干预对初诊2型糖尿病患者强化胰岛素治疗中低血糖的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on hypoglycemia due to intensive insulin therapy in the newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨护理干预对初诊2型糖尿病患者强化胰岛素治疗中低血糖的影响。方法:将90例初发2型糖尿病强化胰岛素治疗患者采用随机单盲的方式分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予常规院内护理,观察组在此基础上给予护理干预。治疗结束后比较两组患者治疗期间低血糖发生情况、对低血糖防治知识掌握程度。结果:观察组低血糖发生情况、对低血糖防治知识掌握程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对初诊2型糖尿病患者强化胰岛素治疗过程中实施护理干预可减少低血糖的发生,提高患者对低血糖防治知识的掌握程度。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on hypoglycemia due to intensive insulin therapy in the newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods： 90 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes who received intensive insulin therapy were randomized into the observation group and the control group（45 cases in each group） by the single-blind method.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group.The incidence of hypoglycemia during the treatment and the grasp of knowledge of hypoglycemia prevention were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the incidence of hypoglycemia and the grasp of knowledge of hypoglycemia prevention between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia during the intensive insulin therapy and improve the mastery of the knowledge of hypoglycemia prevention in the treatment of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes.
