特布他林联合氨溴索氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎50例临床护理 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨特布他林联合氨溴索氧气雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的护理措施。方法:将100例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组50例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予特布他林联合氨溴索氧气雾化吸入治疗,并进行精心护理。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组症状消失时间、住院天数、疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:特布他林联合氨溴索氧气雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿效果较好,精心护理可提高治疗效果,促进患儿康复。
