妇科阴式手术后持续开放引流排尿60例疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of continuous open drainage of urine in 60 patients after transvaginal operation

目的:探讨妇科阴式手术后持续开放引流排尿患者的疗效。方法:将120例患者按随机数字法分为实验组和对照组各60例,留置尿管期间实验组采用持续开放引流排尿,对照组采用不定时间歇排尿方式。以匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)为评价标准,比较两组患者留置尿管期间夜间睡眠质量;观察两组患者拔除尿管后的排尿情况。结果:留置尿管期间观察组患者夜间睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者尿管拔除后膀胱残余尿量异常、膀胱刺激征发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妇科阴式手术后留置尿管期间采用持续开放引流排尿优于不定时间歇排尿,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of continuous open drainage of urine in the patients after transvaginal operation. Methods ：120 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （60 cases in each group）. The continuous open drainage of urine was applied in the period of indwelling catheter in the experimental group and the irrgular intermittent voiding meth- od was used in the control group. The nocturnal sleep quality of the patients during indwelling catheter was compared by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） between the two groups and the urination of the patients was observed in the two groups after removing the catheter. Results ： The nocturnal sleep quality of the patients during indwelling catheter was better in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were statistically signifeant differences in the comparison of abnormality of residual urine volume in bladder and the incidence of irritative bladder discomfort after removing the catheter between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The continuous open drainage of urine is better than the irregular intermittent voiding method in the period of indwelling catheter after transvaginal opera- tion.
