护理干预联合穴位按揉在缺乳产妇中的应用

Application of nursing intervention combined with acupressure therapy in puerperal women with postpartum hypogalactia

目的:探讨护理干预联合穴位按揉在缺乳产妇中的应用效果。方法:将162例产后缺乳产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各81例,观察组实施护理干预联合穴位按揉,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组产妇自护能力、泌乳量及临床疗效。结果:观察组自护能力评分、治疗后4 d内泌乳量及治疗有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预联合穴位按揉可有效增加缺乳产妇泌乳量,提高母乳喂养成功率,实现出院后延伸服务,巩固疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention combined with acupressure therapy in puerperal women with post- partum hypogalactia. Methods ： 162 puerperal women with postpartum hypogalactia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （81 cases in each group）. Nursing intervention combined with acupressure therapy was applied in the observation group and routine nursing care was taken in the control group. The maternal self- care ability,volume of lactation and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results ： The scores of maternal self - care ability, volume of lactation within 4 days after therapy and the effective rate of the treatment were significantly more and higher in the observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The nurs- ing intervention combined with acupressure therapy can effectively increase the volume of lactation and the success rate of breast feeding and realize the extended service after discharge.
