开展技能竞赛是新时期教育部对职业教育内涵建设提出的要求,是职业教育的重大制度设计与创新。对此,分析技能大赛对高职院校文秘专业在课程改革、教学模式创新、"双师型"师资培养、实训基地建设等方面的引领作用,得出办好技能大赛将对高职院校教学改革具有重要推动作用的结论。

Skills competition is the new era of the request made by the Ministry of Education for the vocational educa- tion connotation construction, and is major system design and innovation in vocational education. This paper analyzes the leading role of skills competition in vocational colleges secretarial major from the aspects of curriculum reform, teaching mode innovation, ＂Double Type＂ teacher training, training base construction, etc., and concludes that running skills competition plays an important role in promoting teaching reform in vocational colleges.
