工学结合作为职业教育特色的一种体现,在职业教育教学改革中的内涵不断丰富,并逐步从理念层面进入到实践操作层面。但人们需要从工学结合的理念和实践出发,进一步深化思考与认识,从人才培养、校企合作、课堂教学、学生管理等角度把握工学结合,充分利用校企合作政策,积极开展课程改革,加强基础能力建设,以不断增强工学结合人才培养的实践成效。

As a reflection of vocational educational characteristics,the idea of Combination of Learning and Working became more and more rich,and went to practice gradually in the teaching reform.However,we need to further deepen the thinking of the theory and Practice of Combination of Learning and Working,understand it from the perspective of talent training,school-enterprise cooperation,class teaching,student management,and so on,make full use of the policy of school-enterprise cooperation,actively carry out the curriculum reform,and strengthen the construction of basic capacity,so as to enhance the effect of talent training by the Combination of Learning and Working.
