跨学科创新型人才培养模式研究

On the Interdisciplinary Innovative Talents Training Mode

培养创新型人才已成为世界各国高等教育共同的价值追求。当前我国高校在人才培养上存在着培养目标狭窄、就业面不宽、适应市场能力弱等实际问题。据此改革高校人才培养目标、课程体系以及培养计划等,构建跨学科创新型人才培养的新模式,并建立相应的质量监控体系成为高校教育改革的主要方向。

Cultivating innovative talents has become a common value pursuit in institutions of higher learning around the world.At present,there are some practical problems such as narrow educational objectives and job field,weak adaptive ability for the market,and so on.Thererore,we should reform university educational objectives,curriculum system and educational plan,construct the new mode of interdisciplinary innovative talents cultivation,and establish the corresponding quality inspection and control system of interdisciplinary innovative talents cultivation as a main direction of reform.
