农学专业毕业实习存在的问题及解决对策

On the Problems in the Graduation Field Work of Agronomy Specialty and Its Countermeasures

农学是实践性很强的专业,该专业学生除应具备扎实的理论知识外,还应具备较强的解决实际问题的能力。因此,毕业实习是农学专业教学中不可缺少的教学内容。但农学专业毕业实习中存在着学生参加毕业实习的积极性不高、学生选择导师过于盲目、导师指导不到位、管理松散等问题。因此,要想办法提高师生在实习中的积极性,采用集中与分散相结合的实习方式,并不断完善考核机制,以达到良好的实习效果,为社会培养合格的专业技术人才。

Agronomy is a profession with strong practic characteristic. The students major in Agronomy should have solid theoretical knowledge and strong ability to solve practical problems. Graduation field work is an indispensable content of specialty teaching. However, there are some problems in the graduation field work of agronomy, such as low enthusiasm of students to take part in graduation field work, aimless choice of tutor, inattentive management, and so on. Therefore, to promote the initiative of students and teachers in graduation field work, we should adopt the internship form with the combination of centralization and decentralization, and perfect constantly the evaluation system so as to achieve good effect of internship and cultivate qualified professional and technical personnels for the society.
