河南省文化产业发展现状和对策研究

The Present Situation of Henan Cultural Industry Development And Its Countermeasure Research

河南省作为全国的一个历史文化资源大省,应大力发展文化产业,这不仅有利于促进河南经济结构的调整,还有利于河南产业结构的升级,可以实现经济的健康、协调和可持续发展。河南省政府为推动文化产业发展提供了政策上的大力支持,今后应该在降低行政垄断、实现产权多样化、建立多元化的文化投融资体制、做好文化资源创新等方面促进文化产业发展,提高文化产业质量。

As one of the provinces with abundant historical and cultural resources of China,the cultural industry in Henan Province should develop greatly.Not only does it promote the adjustment of economic structure of Henan Province,but also it will accelerate to update the industrial structure,thus to achieve economic health,coordination and sustainable development.In order to promote the development of cultural industry,Henan Provincial Government has offered strong support on the policy front.The government should reduce trade monopoly,realize diversification of property right,set up multiple cultural investment and financial system and bring about cultural resource innovation so that cultural industry can be developed rapidly and cultural industry quality will be improved.
