On the Imputation Principles of Tort Liability

《侵权责任法》规定了四种归责原则,即过错责任原则、过错推定原则、无过错责任原则和公平责任原则。过错责任原则是基本的归则原则。每种归责原则都有其特定的涵义、特征及适用范围。文章对四种归责原则进行论述评析。

＂Tort liability law＂ stipulates four imputation principle,namely the principle of fault liability,the principle of presumption of fault,no-fault liability principle and the principle of equitable responsibility.Fault liability principle is the basic imputation principle.Each imputation principle has its specific meaning,characteristics and scope of application.
