HPLC法检测苗灵鼻爽喷剂中添加的地塞米松磷酸钠

目的建立检测苗灵鼻爽喷剂中添加地塞米松磷酸钠的HPLC法。方法采用CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(日本资生堂,TYPE:MG5μm,SIZE:4.6mmI.D.×150mm),以三乙胺溶液(取三乙胺7.5ml,加水至1000ml,用磷酸调节pH值至3.0±0.05)-甲醇-乙腈(55∶40∶5)为流动相,流速:1ml/min,检测波长:242nm,进样量:20L,柱温30℃。结果地塞米松磷酸钠进样量在27.27～63.64μg的范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;供试品溶液在24h内稳定,日内精密度良好(RSD%=1.2%);平均回收率(n=9)为100.01%。结论所建立的方法专属性强,精密度好,结果准确,可作为检测苗灵鼻爽喷剂中添加地塞米松磷酸钠的方法。

Objective Establish detection HPLC method add of Miao Ling Bi Shuang Pen Ji dexamethasone sodium phosphate. Methods By CAPCELL PAK C18 column （Shiseido Japan TYPE： MG 5 μm, SIZE： 4.6 mml.D.×150 mm）,triethylamine solution （7.5 ml,take triethylamine add water to 1000 ml,with phosphoric acid to adjust the pH to 3.0±0.05 ）-methanol-acetonitrile （55：40：5） as the mobile phase., flow rate： 1 ml/min,detection wavelength： 242nm,injection volume： 20L,the column temperature was 30℃. Results Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection volume is good linearity in the range of 27.27～63.64μg, r=0.9999;the test solution is stable within 24 h,good day precision （RSD%=1.2% ）;the average recovery （n=9） of 100.01%. Conclusion The established method is specific,accurate precision,as detected Miao Ling nose cool sprays add dexamethasone sodium phosphate method.
