红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效评估

Clinical curative evaluation of safflower injection in treatment of acufe clerebral infarction

目的分析研究红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2011年7月至2012年7月期间在本院治疗的80例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料。将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予红花注射液治疗,对照组仅给予内科常规治疗,疗程2周。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果用药2周后,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为77.5%(P<0.05);两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均无任何不良反应发生。结论红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of safflower injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 40 cases. The observation group were treated with safflower injection,the control group were treated with conventional therapy. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group （90.0%）was higher than that in control group （77.5%） （P 0.05）;The NIHSS score after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than before treatment （P 0.05）,and also significantly lower than in control group （P 0.05）; and without severe untoward reaction occurred. Conclusion Safflower injection in treating acute cerebral infarction is better and worthy of clinical application.
