手术室护士对腹腔镜胆囊术的护理体会

目的分析和总结手术室护士对腹腔镜胆囊术的护理体会。方法收集2011年5月到2012年5月于本院接受腹腔镜胆囊术治疗患者40例,分析患者一般资料、手术及护理过程,总结护理体会。结果患者平均手术时间为(63.1±20.4)min,无1例患者出现胆瘘情况;平均住院时间为(4.3±2.3)d,无1例患者出现术后并发症,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论医护人员在手术前充分准备,手术中密切合作,可保证手术完成,有效缩短手术时间,减少并发症,保证患者康复出院。

Objective Analysis and summary of the operating room nurse nursing experience of laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. Methods May 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery treatment of 40 patients with analysis the General of patients ,surgery and nursing process,summarize nursing experience. Results The mean operative time （63.1 ± 20.4） min,1 patient with biliary fistula; average length of stay （4.3 ± 2.3） d,no patients had postoperative complications,all patients were cured. Conclusion The medical staff is fully prepared before surgery,surgery in close cooperation to ensure the completion of the surgery,effectively shorten the operation time and reduce complications,patients recovered and were discharged.
