摘要
研究了由丙烯酰胺 (AM)和聚 2 -羟基丙基二乙基氯化铵 (PQC)的水溶液聚合制备阳离子型聚季铵盐丙烯酰胺阳离子接枝共聚物 (PQAAC)及其对制糖废水的絮凝作用 ,探讨了聚合工艺参数对 PQAAC相对分子质量的影响 ,讨论了絮凝剂用量、相对分子质量和体系 p H值对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明 ,PQAAC对制糖废水的处理具有较好的效果。
Polyquaternary ammonium acrylamide graft. Copolymer (PQAAC) was prepared from acrylamide(AM) and poly-2-hydroxylpropyldiethyl ammonium chloride and was used as flocculent in the treatment of sugar refining wastewater for removing turbidity and suspended substances and decoloring. The effect of polymerization technics parameter on the cation PQAAC was investigated. The influence of flocculant type dosage, molecular weight on flocc subsidence effect was disscussed. The results showed this cationic flocculant had satisfactied results to treat sugar refining wastewater.
