摘要
报告了 1 - (2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 1 -萘酚 - 6 -磺酸的纯化方法 ,使用此方法可获得纯度大于 99.73 %的产品 ,并研究了PAN - 6S与Cd(Ⅱ )显色反应的条件 ,确定在pH =8.0~ 9.0形成橙红色化合物 ,最大吸收波长λmax=51 8nm ,摩尔吸光系数ε =6 .2× 1 0 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,镉量在 0~ 30 μg/2 5mL范围内符合比耳定律 ,方法用于废水和头发中镉的测定 ,结果满意 .
The purification method of solube organic reagent 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-1-naphthol-6-sulfonic acid is described.Purity of the purified this reagent is orve 99.73%.PAN-6S is a new colour reagent for the determination of Cd(Ⅱ)in NH 3-NH 4Cl buffer solution at PH=8.0~9.0.The molar absorptirity is 6.2×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 for Cd(Ⅱ)-com-plex at 518nm.This method has been applied to the determination for Cd(Ⅱ)in waste-water and hair with satisfactory results.
