摘要 瓜蒌皮瓜蒌皮又称栝楼皮、瓜蒌壳,为葫芦科植物瓜蒌的果皮,每年9~10月份采收果实后对半切开,取出果肉和种子,将果皮洗净,先翻出里面晾晒,然后晒外面或烘干即可入药。其性寒,味甘,入肺、胃经,具有润肺化痰、利气宽胸的功效,用于治疗痰热咳嗽、咽痛、胸痛、吐血、衄血、消渴、便秘及痈疮肿毒等症。《医学衷中参西录》载:瓜蒌皮"清肺,敛肺,宁嗽,定喘。"《饮片新参》载:"宽胸痹,化热痰,生津润肺。"
