糖蛋白寡糖及单糖色谱分析的研究进展

Advance in Determination of Glycoprotein Monosaccharides and Oligosaccharides by Chromatographic Methods

对近二十年来糖蛋白中寡糖及单糖的色谱分析方法进行了综述，重点介绍气相色谱、液相色谱、电泳分析法的新进展。此外，还对糖蛋白寡糖链结构的质谱分析做了简要介绍。

This review with 33 references is maimly concemed with the recent advances in determination of glycoprotein monosaccharides and oligosaccharides by chromatographic methods such as gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,electrophoresis,etc.On the other hand,structural analysis of oligosaccharides by mass spectrometric methods is simply introduced.
