肾脏病治疗用吸附剂研究进展

Development of Adsorbents Used for Kidney Disease

目的：综述肾脏病治疗用吸附剂近年来在国内外的研究进展，以促进这方面的研究。方法：从透析液再生、血液灌流和口服吸附剂三个方面概括了其最新研究。结果：吸附剂通过吸附，在清除血液中积累的多种有害物质，包括金属离子、有机小分子物质和中分子物质方面有重要价值。结论：应大力研究高效、兼有多种功能的复合型吸附剂并使之推广到临床应用。

Objective:The development of adsorbents used for kidney disease at home and abroad is summarized to promote the study on adsorbents.Method:The latest study on adsorbents is summarized by dialysate regeneration,hemoperfusion and adsorption therapy.Results:Adsorbents play an important role in cleaning blood toxicant,such as metal ions,organic small molecular substances and medium molecular substances.Conclusion:The future adsorberts should be comppsite adsorbents with high performance and can be spplied to clinic properly.
