摘要
针对当前盾构始发与到达施工环境趋于复杂化,工程施工风险较大的特点,设计了一种在复杂环境下地铁盾构到达主动控制隧道施工风险的新型地铁盾构到达整体接收装置,并成功应用于实际工程。应用结果表明,整个盾构到达过程中盾构到达整体接收装置在压力状态下密封效果较好,装置处于安全可控状态,降低了盾构在到达过程中的施工风险,保证了盾构到达工程施工安全。
Currently,the environment for shield launching and arriving is becoming more complicated,which brings high construction risk.A new integrated receiving device was designed and successfully used in engineering practice.It can actively control the tunnel construction risk in complicated environment.The application result shows that the device was well sealed and remained safe and controllable under pressure during shield arriving.The application of the device reduces the risk and ensures the safety in shield arriving.
