盾构隧道通用管片排版设计与纠偏研究 被引量:21

摘要 通用楔形管片作为一种较先进的隧道衬砌形式,在盾构法施工中能够较好地控制隧道掘进轴线和管片成环质量。以宁波地铁2号线机场站—栎社新村站区间工程为背景,结合现场实际施工经验,针对通用管片的特点,对通用管片排版设计进行了研究。对通用管片在不同点位拼装时上、下、左、右各方向的超差和轴线偏差进行了计算,分析了通用管片排版设计时应当考虑的影响因素。研究结果表明,按照设计的排版方案对通用管片进行成组使用,可以较好地拟合直线段、圆曲线段以及缓和曲线段的设计路线,在管片排版中应重点考虑线路拟合、盾构姿态、油缸行程差、盾尾间隙等因素。 General wedge-shaped segment,as a more advanced form of tunnel lining,can control the axis of tunnel boring and the quality of segment into the ring better in shield construction.To a range of projects of Ningbo subway line 2 as the background,the layout design of the general segment was studied.Meanwhile,this paper analyzed the influencing factors need to be considered in the layout design of the general segment combined with actual construction experience and the characteristics of the general segment.The results show that a group of general segment used according to the design of the layout scheme can make a line segment good fitting as well as circular curve segment and easement curve segment design route.In the segment layout engineers should consider these factors: line fitting,shield machine posture,cylinder stroke difference and shield tail.
