摘要 随着脉冲功率技术在国防和能源等领域的迅速发展,相应脉冲大电流的测量要求越来越高。分流器在脉冲大电流的测量中表现出极高的精度和较快的响应速度,但由于趋肤效应的影响使传统分流器的应用受到很大的限制。为了提高脉冲电流测量准确度,提出了一种基于同轴分流器的改进型分流器结构,提升了分流器的散热能力和抗干扰能力。通过对10A和100A脉冲大电流进行测试实验,验证了该分流器结构的可行性和优越性。 With the rapid development of the pulsed power technology in the field of national defense and energy,the demand of precision in measurement of pulsed current becomes more and more important.Shunt in the pulsed current measurements shows high accuracy and fast response speed,but its application severely constrains due to the skin effect.In order to improve the pulsed current measurement accuracy,the paper puts forward an improved shunt structure based on the coaxial shunt.This shunt can enhance the ability of cooling capacity and anti-interference.In addition,the feasibility and superiority of the shunt has been verified by the experiments on measure pulsed current with the amplitude value of 10 A and 100 A.
