摘要 以湖北省某市河网为例,将地理信息系统应用于河网水污染控制规划,在ArcGIS9.3的环境中,建立了某市水环境基础数据库,并在此基础上,进行水环境功能区划、水环境容量计算及提出了水污染控制措施最佳方案,得到了各类水环境规划专题地图,实现了水污染控制规划成果的可视化查询和显示。该地理信息系统应用于湖北省某市水污染控制规划,为江汉平原河网地区水环境数据管理、空间图形表达和空间决策分析提供了有效的工作平台和可靠的技术支持。 Using GIS for the planning of water pollution control of the river network of X city, Hubei Province, and in ARCGIS 9.3 platform, the water environment information database for X city was established and based on it, water environment functional zoning was put forward, its water environment capacity was calculated,and the water pollution control measures were discussed,at last,all kinds of water environmental planning thematic map was got,visual query and display for the planning of water pollution controls results were achieved. As geographic information system was used in planning of water pollution control for X city, a work platform and technical support of water environment data management, spatial graphic description and decision analysis for Jianghan plain river network's graffs were provided.
