摘要
指出了重复使用的回收啤酒瓶存放期间会产生大量有害微生物,如黑曲霉、黄曲霉和毛霉等,因而会使成品啤酒受到微生物污染的几率大大增加,探讨了对成品啤酒末端生产中微生物污染源的处理措施,以防止其对成品酒的质量产生不良影响。
Beer production enterprises will reuse the recycled bottles,but it will produce a lot of harmful microorganisms during the storage period, such as Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus flavus and Mucor, etc. , so itgreatly increases the probability of the finished beer microbial contamination. Therefore, it needs to treat the microbial pollution sources to prevent adverse effects on the quality of finished wine.
