The situations of industrial structure after three--time changes are the important factors to reflect the effectiveness of regional economic development and also relate to the long-term sustainable development of regional economy. This article analyzes the situations and existing problems of the industrial structure after three-time changes in Guangzhou over the years, and puts forward the countermeasures for promoting the rational development of industrial structure of Guangzhou.
