城管的自我认知现状及对策研究——以武汉市为例

摘要 指出了城管的自我认知对于提高城管的职业价值感、提高工作的热情和主动性有重要的影响作用,通过对自身职业认同感的认知、对执法方式的认知,及对目前社会处境的认知分析来了解城管自我认知的现状,并为如何改善提高城管自我认知能力提供了建议。 The self--cognition of urban management staff plays an important role in improving the professional sense of worth of urban management and the enthusiasm of the work. This article analyzes the status of self--cognition of urban management staff through studying the recognition of career identity, law enforcement ways and social situation, and also provides some suggestions for urban management staff to improve their self-cognition abilities.
