指出了混床离子交换系统是除盐水常用程序的最后一环,是整套工艺的重要组成部分。针对混床在实际运行中出现的周期产水量下降的问题,以临涣水务公司二期除盐水生产系统为例,从设备、树脂性能、进出水水质及再生过程等方面进行了深入分析,探讨了影响混床周期制水量的主要原因。
Mixed--bed ion exchanger is the last process of desalting water system, which is an important component of the whole system. Aiming at the periodic water yield reduction in the mixed-bed actual operation, this article takes the second phase desalting water system of Linhuan Water Company as an example,deeply analyzes the equipments, resin property,in and out water quality, etc. , and studies the main reasons affecting the periodic water yield of mixed-bed exchanger.
