地方教师绩效评估存在的问题及对策研究

摘要 教师绩效评估是学校管理教师的重要手段和方法。目前,我国地方教师绩效评估过程中存在诸多的问题,本文通过对这些问题的分析及探究,有针对性地提出了对策及建议,以期促进学校和教师的双重发展。
