摘要
从航天静力试验的特点和对数据采集系统的要求出发,进而提出了一种基于LXI总线的数据采集系统的方案,并对该分布式数据采集系统的关键技术、主要特点以及其在航天结构静力试验中的重要作用进行了进一步的阐述。该系统在航天结构静力试验中的成功应用表明其完全满足航天结构试验严格的要求,并可应用于其他行业的结构静力试验和疲劳试验。进一步,本系统也可以用于其他类型的强度试验,如:热强度试验。
This article is according to the characteristics of aerospace static test and the requirements of the data acquisition system, and then proposed a data acquisition system solution based on LXI bus, meanwhile further elaborated the key technologies and main features of distributed data acquisition system and its important role in aerospace structures static test. The successful application of the system in aerospace static test indicate that it fully meet the stringent requirement of aerospace structural test, can also be applied to structure static test and fatigue test in other industries. Further, this system can also be used for other types of strength test, such as: thermal strength test.
