酒精致大鼠生殖系统损伤后恢复时间的研究

Study on the Recovery Time of Rats Sexual System Injured by Alcohol

目的 探讨酒精对哺乳类动物生殖系统损伤后的恢复时间。方法 用白酒制成酒精致大鼠生殖器官损伤模型并观察其自然恢复至正常水平与恢复时间的关系及其恢复后的受孕情况。结果 停用白酒两个生精周期后精子活力、精子活率、精子畸形率以及血清 LH,FSH及睾酮水平可基本恢复至正常水平 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 酒精对大鼠生殖细胞的损伤具有可恢复性 ,停酒两个生精周期可基本恢复至正常水平。

Objective To study the recovery of male rats' sexual organs injured by alcohol and the time it took.Method The models of rats with their injured sexual organs by alcohol were firstly made.Then at the different time of the rats recovered naturally,test the degree of the system recovered in sperm activity,propertion of living sperm and the rate of sperm deformity,etc.Then get the time it took that the sperm reproduction turned to normal.Result It took rats at least two cycles of the sperm reproduction that the injured system to turn to normal.Conclusion Injured sexual system of rats caused by alcohol can turn to normal and it takes at least two cycles of sperm reproduction.
