摘要
基于行波管灯丝、调制器的电源设计要求,提出了一种准谐振单端反激式变换器。准谐振变换器是通过调整开关电源波形以减少或消除电源的开关损耗,文中所讨论的准谐振变换器是在功率开关关断时开始谐振,达到零电压开启,实现软开关。文中对该电路拓扑设计、参数选择、saber电路仿真以及实验结果进行了详细描述。
A quasi-resonant flyback converter is designed for the power supply of filament and modulator in travel wave tube (short for TWT). The QRC reduces the switching losses within the semiconductors by using waveshaping techniques. The converter described in this paper uses quasi- resonant technique forcing the voltage waveform into a haversine waveform to achieve zero voltage switching (short for ZVS). The topology and operating parameters are analyzed and designed. Simulation of the major operating process is also presented.
