固相微萃取法提取香皂香气成分的影响因素及萃取条件优化

摘要 使用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)作为提取香皂中香气的样品前处理技术,研究了香皂基质的浓度对香气物质萃取效率的影响。采用蒸馏水稀释降低了香皂的黏度,增加了顶空中香气成分的浓度。进一步研究了电解质NaCl用量、萃取温度、萃取时间和萃取头种类等提取条件,最终确定HS-SPME萃取香皂香气物质的最佳条件为:采用弱极性的50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS联合65μm PDMS/DVB及75μm CAR/PDMS等萃取头,香皂基质浓度为0.25%,电解质NaCl为饱和溶液,吸附温度为45℃,吸附时间为45min,样品解吸时间为2.5min。 Using head-space solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) as a pre-treatment method for concentrating the odor components in scented soap sample, the influence of concentration of the soap matrix on extraction of odor components was studied. It was observed that dilution of soap with water was to be an efficient method for qualitative results. It decreased the viscosity of the soap and increased the concentration of odor components in head-space. Different extraction fibers, extraction temperature, extraction time and concentration of sodium chloride on the enrichment of volatiles were optimized. The results showed that the optimal conditions of SPME-GC were 50 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS combined with 65 μm PDMS/DVB and 75 μm CAR/PDMS fibers, the concentration of soap matrix in water was as low as 0.25 %, the extraction temperature was 45℃ , the extraction time was 45 min and the electrolyte NaC1 was prepared into saturated solution, desorption time of sample was 2.5 min.
